Bill has 33 years of experience as a business and financial attorney and retired from the practice of law as a partner at Nixon Peabody LLP in 2004. As Special Projects Manager, he developed a program for volunteers, became staff coordinator for the Policy Advisory Committee as it reviewed the ACCESS scholarship program, and negotiated a new office lease.
