Alastair Adam

Alastair Adam is a Partner of OC&C Strategy Consulting. He has two decades of advisory experience, working with companies in the areas of acquisition identification and assessment, post-merger planning and integration and core business growth strategy and profit improvement. He has advised private equity groups and senior executives across a wide range of industries. Prior to founding The Callidon Group, which merged with OC&C in 2007, Alastair was a Senior Principal at The Parthenon Group. Previously he worked in corporate finance and M&A with Cazenove & Co. Alastair holds a Masters in Law from Cambridge University, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment and a former Executive Committee Member of The British American Project of the Royal Institute of International Affairs and the John Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
