Jeffrey F. Jones

Jeff Jones is a Partner in the Litigation Department at Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge. From 1998-2005, he served as Managing Partner of the firm. A veteran litigator at the trial and appellate levels of both the Massachusetts and federal court systems, Jeff has significant experience in the areas of unfair competition, business torts, and breach of contract. His clients have included public utilities in the natural gas, electric, and telecommunications industries; biotechnology firms; colleges, universities, and other nonprofit institutions. In addition, from 1969 to 1970, Jeff served in the United States Navy as an aide and administrative assistant to the inspector general of the Atlantic Fleet, and from 1967 to 1969 as a destroyer line officer. In 1973 and 1974, he was a law clerk for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts.
