Bob Giannino-Racine is the Executive Director of ACCESS, The Action Center for College Educational Services and Scholarships. Under Bob’s leadership, ACCESS has been recognized for the important role it plays in Boston and beyond.  In 2009, ACCESS was named a Social Innovator by the Social Innovation Forum and received the Committed to Access Award by the Association of Independent Colleges and Universities of Massachusetts, and was a 2008 recipient of the Boston Foundation’s prestigious Out of the Blue Award in recognition of “exceptional leadership” in the Boston nonprofit sector.

Njeri Bailey

Nicole Bihler is a recent first generation college graduate of Bridgewater State College where she majored in Sociology. Prior to ACCESS, she worked as a Healthy Families Home visitor at the New North Citizen’s Council in Springfield, MA.

Matthew Brennan

Matthew attended the University of Central Florida where he received both his B.A. in Interpersonal Communications and M.A. in Educational Leadership.  During his tenure at UCF, he was involved in a variety of functions within Student Affair, including Student Activities, Housing and Residential Life, Academic Advising, Greek Life, and Orientation Services.

For nearly 40 years, Ann Coles, Ed.D., has played an instrumental role in and improving access to higher education around the world, particularly as it relates to school-to-college transition, best practices for access and persistence programs, guidance to state and federal officials seeking to increase opportunities for higher education, and financial aid policy improvements to help low-income and nontraditional students.
