Elsa graduated from Regis College with a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology. She also studied International Environment & Development at American University and took part in a field study in Brazil.  Elsa has worked as a youth organizer, staff member, and board member of a community organization called Teen Empowerment.

She has also participated in youth and human rights advocacy with Amnesty International and The National Science Foundation's Office of Equal Opportunity. Elsa attended East Boston High and is an ACCESS alumna.  She is excited to guide students into college and assist families in finding resources to attain a higher education, in the same way that she once received guidance and assistance.
