Sabina graduated from Mount Holyoke College with a B.A. in Sociology in the spring of 2006. At Mount Holyoke, Sabina was an executive board member of the Asian Students Association and UMMA Organization as Festival Coordinator and Publicity Representative. During the summers of 2002-2005, Sabina was a Teacher Assistant at Talented and Gifted Latinos Program at University of Massachusetts.

At TAG, she collaborated with teachers to develop lesson plans, instructed various subjects for high school students, and facilitated small-group tutoring. Throughout her four years at Mount Holyoke, Sabina received the ACCESS Last Dollar Scholarship and ongoing support from the ACCESS staff. Sabina has joined the ACCESS staff to empower other Boston high school seniors in their pursuit of higher education.
