Holly earned her Master's degree in school guidance counseling from Northeastern University in 2004. During her studies, Holly spent two years with ACCESS as a part-time financial aid advisor, working in a number of Boston's public high schools. Upon graduation, she worked in the field of college admissions in New York state.

While she enjoyed the opportunity to travel during her time as an admissions counselor, she and her family decided to settle down in Boston, even though she is a Yankees fan. Holly is very enthusiastic about being a part of the ACCESS team and assisting Boston students in achieving their dream of a college education. Originally from Long Island, NY, Holly received her B.S. in Human Development from Binghamton University.
