Caroline is a recent graduate of Alfred University in New York, where she earned a B.A. in History and Spanish. At Alfred, Caroline served as president of her campus's Latino organization, manager of the Student Activities information desk, and member of the Vice Presidents Student Advisory Council.

Through her experience working in these positions, Caroline gained valuable guidance and leadership skills. In 2006, Caroline had the honor of being among the 50 young women from 650 private colleges and universities nationwide selected to attend the Collegiate Women of Color Leadership Development Institute. Caroline is very excited to be working with students of the Boston Public School system and fulfilling the ACCESS mission.
